No personal information collected by Culture Matters is released to any external party unless at least one of the following applies

There is an issue of safety for the person and/or others
There is a legal requirement to provide the information (e.g. to a court)
The person (or in the case of a child, their custodian) has given written permission
The person has been advised before the information is collected that it will be shared with others (including who will have access and why)
